Ok let’s get technical. All grapes are harvested by hand. Produced only from free run juice and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left on the fine lees for an extended period for greater palate weight and mouthfeel.
In real terms it means that this is a bloody great Chenin Blanc from South Africa and shows exactly why the grape has grown in popularity over the past 5 years - New Zealand Sauvignon watch out.
