Sangiovese grapes come from the Salento peninsula in Puglia.
In the winery, the wine is fermented in tanks and spends six days on skins. A medium-bodied, soft, spicy red, with aromas of red berry and damson fruit.
Juicy berry fruit and a twist of spice on the palate. A lot of complexity and plenty of fun and flavour.
